- Selling and distributing digital game keys (Game Keys).
- Providing cloud hosting and VPS services.
- Secure digital file storage via Cloudflare R2.
- Selling software, digital courses, and licensed files.
2. Platform Independence
FileGateX is a fully independent platform and is not affiliated with any external company or brand.
3. Prohibited Use Rules
Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following actions:
- Uploading or distributing any files containing malware or viruses.
- Uploading materials that infringe intellectual property rights.
- Attempting to hack the platform or unauthorized access.
- Using the platform for illegal activities.
⚠️ Penalties for Violations
If any violation is proven, the platform reserves the right to immediately suspend the violator's account and confiscate the entire internal balance.
4. Commission and Payment System
The platform adopts a transparent and clear commission system:
- Platform Commission: The platform deducts a fixed commission of 5% from each successful sale.
- Seller Net: The seller is entitled to 95% of the sale value, automatically added to their balance.
- Withdrawal: The seller can manually withdraw their accumulated profits at any time.
5. Limitation of Liability
The platform is not responsible for any losses resulting from misuse of the service.

FileGateX reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
